The Customer agrees to the following;

​

• The Hirer shall always keep their phone available on the day if we need to contact to warn and advise of any adverse weather procedures.

• Bouncing Giggles Jumping castles always require a responsible adult over the age of 18 to supervise the castle hired.

• Once you have decided to take delivery of the castle & bad weather stops you using the castle there are no refunds.

• Bouncing Giggles Jumping castles is not responsible for any damage to premiseses that use our castles indoor or outdoor.

• All users must remove footwear (except socks).

• No food or drinks to be taken onto castle (All users must not consume food or drink or chew gum on the device).

• No sharp or dangerous objects (Buckles, pens, purses, badges, or non essential glasses).

• No party poppers or silly string ($100 Cleaning fee will apply).

• No smoking in or near the castle.

• Do not play or obstruct the front  entrance to the castle.

• No Fireworks in or near the castle

• Failure to adhere will result in repair and cleaning fees

Safety tips to adhere to avoid injury

​

• No Summer saults, flips, climbing on the mesh or walls or on top of the castle.

• In case of rain , lightning, hail, strong winds or server weather, all persons must exit the castle.

• Do not allow persons in the castle whilst being inflated or deflated.

• Ensure only children of similiar age groups play in the castle at one time ( Not exceeding a safe limit of 8-10 Children)

• A Maximum of two adults in the castle at any one time with children.

• Keep children away from the rear of castle where power supply is.

 

 

Evacution Procedure 

​

• Should the castle deflate, ensure all persons exit the castle. Stop any persons from entering the castle including parents.

• Person in the castle shall be told to leave thru the entrance in an orderly manner. There is no need to rush. There is plenty of time and rushing nay intimidate smaller and more timid children.

• Evacuation of the castle should only take 20-30 seconds, leaving plenty of time to do safely.

 

 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE CASTLE OR BLOWER

• If the motor has stopped call 0430542114 immediately.

• Under no circumstances should the castle be moved from the place it was erected by the Bouncing Giggles Jumping Castle representative.

• Should the castle move call 0430542114 immediatley.

• If all terms and conditions are adhered to correctly, the castle will be returned to Bouncing Giggles Jumping castles in the same condition as when recieved by the customer.

 

 

Disclaimer

• By signing these terms and conditions the customer acknowledges that they have read  & explained fully understand the safe operation of the castle & other equipment listed.

• The customer agrees to observe all the safety instructions

• The customer agrees that Bouncing Giggles and its employees are not responsible any injury occuring to themselves and their guests whilst using the castle & other listed equipment and are free and harmless against injury or claims.

• The Customer overseas the Bouncing Giggles unit operation and is fully responsible for its operation and return in good working order. If the castle or any other hired equipment is not returned in the same condition, the customer will be held liable for repairsand be charged a minimum of $500 to cover repair cost

• The customer gives permission for Bouncing Giggles Jumping castles and its employees to enter the premises for the purpose of setting up and removing the castle or other listed items at the specified times
