• Bouncing Giggles Jumping Castles require a responsible adult over the age of 18 Years always supervise and operate all machines hired.

• Bouncing Giggles Jumping Castles is not responsible for any damage to premises that use our Machines hired Indoors or outdoors

 

Safety tips to adhere to as to avoid injury:

• Keep all children under the age of 18 away from the operations on the machines hired. These machines all have moving parts which can cause injury if not supervised correctly.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE MACHINES HIRED

 

• If there are any issues with machines Call 0430542114 IMMEDIATELY

• If all terms and Conditions are adhered to correctly, the Machines hired will be returned to Bouncing Giggles Jumping Castles in the same condition as when received by the customer

• By signing these Terms & Conditions, the customer acknowledges that they have been explained and fully understand the safe operation of the Machines hired

• The customer agrees to observe all the safety instructions.

• The customer agrees that Bouncing Giggles and its employees are not responsible for any injury occurring to themselves and their guests whilst using the Machines hired and are free and harmless against any injury or claims.

• The customer oversees the Bouncing Giggle’s unit operation and is fully responsible for its operation and return in good working order.

• The customer gives permission for Bouncing Giggles and its employees to enter the premises for the purpose of setting up and removing the castle or other listed equipment at the specified times.
